Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Delivery time depends on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If your package doesn't arrive within 2–3 business days of the tracking update, contact your carrier first. If it's still missing, reach out to us at customerservice@emmaandanna.com, and we'll help resolve it.

Important Notes

If you provided the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually update it. Once it's on its way, you can try contacting the carrier. If it's too late and the package is returned to us, we'll issue a refund so you can place a new order.
