How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@emmaandanna.com. Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, we may not be able to modify it.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any items to receive instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


How do I exchange for a different size?

Email us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and sending the replacement.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times or customs fees that may be charged by your country.


I put in the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Once it’s on its way, you can contact the carrier to redirect it if it’s still early in transit. If it’s too late to make changes and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund so you can place a new order with the correct address.

 

My package says it was delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. What do I do?

This happens occasionally with USPS and is usually nothing to worry about! Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 2–3 business days before contacting the carrier.
